Neighbourhood manager


At GOOD SPACE, we’re dreaming of a more neighbourly world. We aim to see that come to fruition by creating space for neighbours and communities to thrive. We’re looking for a new full-time Community Partner at our Chiswick/Gunnersbury shared workspace location to help us make that happen. Reporting directly to the Founder, we’re looking for someone who cares about people, small businesses, and the surrounding community. We think that this is a hugely exciting role and we’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to come and join the team and lead our efforts in Chiswick.

As Community Director, you will be entrusted to ‘own’ the Chiswick location with the freedom to infuse it with your own personality.


  • Ensuring a warm, personal & noteworthy customer experience throughout the building

  • Leading the conversion of prospect conversations to committed memberships

  • Ownership of site budget to establish, grow and develop the location over time

  • Build relationships with external community leaders and other local businesses
